Now that Neteller is gone – how do I fund my sportsbook account?

Just found a decent article on how to fund your sportsbook accounts now that Neteller is out of the picture (for all of us in the States at least).
“Banks only will do it if they don’t know what it’s going for,” said one long-time professional gambler, who had around 20 offshore accounts. “Banks are starting to ask more questions now. The key to shutting down business is charging it with money laundering. The fear factor kicks in. If a Costa Rican bank gets put on a money laundering list, it can’t do business with the United States.”
